fish cooked with a tomato, garlic, and herb sauce with capers and olives. Served on a bed of linguini. (zoodles upon request)

Friday marks the beginning of the Chinese Lunar New Year, and the Year of the Ox. This week I will pay homage to the delicious and symbolic food of the region, albeit with my own (sometimes inauthentic) spin.
