It's been a minute...
The good news: I am back this week and ready to cook for you! The not so bad news: I am doing a Whole 30 elimination diet and taking you along for the ride! Just because we’re being healthy, doesn’t mean we need to eliminate flavor, (but in this case we do need to eliminate grains in any form, legumes, alcohol, sugar, and dairy.) When presented with clients and guests with dietary restrictions, I try to focus on all the delicious things they can eat, rather than those they can’t. So here we go…
