pureed without cream


Asparagus tart

A puffed pastry base baked with fresh asparagus and gruyere cheese served with seasonal greens and a citrus vinaigrette


Rack of lamb with a classic persillade ( a crust of parsley, herbs, mustard and breadcrumbs on the edge of the lamb chop)

Served with potatoes Anna and green beans with sauce Gribiche ( a light springtime sauce made of mustard, minced hard boiled egg, parley, cornichons etc.)



Chocolate cheesecake
