Sliced steak salad with greens, tomatoes, market vegetables, blue cheese,and homemade croutons

Fish: $26

Whole fish stuffed with garlic, herbs and lemon*

served with baby potatoes and green beans

*I will not know exactly which fish will be available until the morning of service. It will be likely be either red snapper, or sea bass, and it will be freshly caught and filleted | it will probably yield 2 servings
