Fish:$!6 Salmon Nicoise A twist on the traditional salad Nicoise, with salmon, hard-boiled eggs, haricort vert, Nicoise olives potatoes, and tomatoes.


Meat:$18 Flank Steak with Chimichurri* sauce, on a bed of arugula, served with smashed and roasted potatoes

*the sauce is a puree of herbs, garlic, and olive oil and will be served on the side
