Special Menu For New Year's Eve Thursday, December 31,2020

Before Covid 19 took over our lives, I created a lot of epic grazing boards, which often stretched 10 feet long, filled with an array of foods that people could enjoy in small bites throughout the event. For New Year's Eve, I am offering a personal version of these festive boards, packaged in a 10" x10" box which will contain a variety seafood, dips, vegetables, cheese and more!

Personal Grazing Box: $40 (including dessert)

Will include some variation on the following:

• Grilled shrimp with lemon, garlic and thyme

• Smoked salmon

• Caviar spread

• Vegetarian dips and spreads

• Cheese

• Fruit

• Vegetables

• Prosciutto and sausages

• Homemade cocktail cookies and crackers

• and whatever else inspires me as I build them

This is will definitely be hearty enough for a meal, and perfect to graze on as you sip champagne and wait for the ball to drop and welcome the new year.
