A hot compote comprised of fresh cranberries, pecans, raisins and apples baked with brown sugar and oatmeal is always a favorite!

· Brussels sprouts roasted with walnuts, pomegranate molasses and pomegranate seeds

· Sweet potatoes pureed with honey and roasted bananas, topped with chopped pecans

· Biscuits

· Pumpkin Pie with a dollop of whipped cream
