Whole fish stuffed with garlic, herbs and lemon*

served with baby potatoes and green beans

*I will not know exactly which fish will be available until the morning of service. It will be likely be either red snapper, or sea bass, and it will be freshly caught and filleted | it will probably yield 2 servings

  • Crunchy slaw (shaved kale, cabbage, Brussels sprouts and broccoli ) in a honey dijon vinaigrette

Served with a wedge of Socca ( a skillet flatbread made of garbanzo flour)


Chicken: $12 Chicken breasts with sautéed mushrooms and thyme

served on a bed of farro
